We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide pre-sale support and technical  assistance to our customers.

We provide key industrial player’s technical training and you will have chance to  learn  the latest knowledge in the industries.  

Responsibilities

• Learn new products
• Provide technical support to clients
• Provide demonstration and training to customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Response tender and prepare proposal
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

 Requirements

• 3 years or above proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments
• Good understanding of computer systems, networking, cloud and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Have CCTV and Video Management System experience is an advantage
• Higher Diploma in EE, Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field

Additional certification in Huawei, Microsoft, or Linux,  similar technologies is a plus
