JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Finance & Admin Assistant Manager / Manager
Job Function: Accounting
Department: Finance


Overall Role Purpose

Responsible for the full-suite of finance and administrative matters. It includes handling monthly accounts closing and monthly reporting.


Report To Country GM HK/China

Duties / Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Daily operational accounting duties including invoicing, payment verification and processing, banking and cash related transactions
• Responsible for the month end closing and reporting to Head office
• Payroll processing, MPF and taxation arrangement
• Administrative functions i.e. purchasing of office and warehouse equipment and supplies; liaising with building management offices etc.
• Maintenance of proper records and filings of company documents
• Implement company’s policies and procedures in accordance to Head office’s requirements
• Any ad-hoc assignments as requested by supervisor

Skills / Qualifications

• Proficient in MS office skills especially Excel
• Working experience with Netsuite or accounting system is a plus.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Highly detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Be able to take advantage of every single opportunity to learn something new, whether it be work-related or not
• Good interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks and work independently

Expected Educational Qualification

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy

Expected Years of Experience

• 3 years’ experience handling full set of accounts
• Logistics industry experience is a plus
