Job Description

We are a 4PL Provider offering our customers a wide span of logistic services through our worldwide well-established network of service providers. With our headquarter in Hamburg, Germany we are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to support our Asia activities in our Hong Kong team.   

Daily tasks:

• Direct communication and coordination with agents and carriers
• Check shipping documents
• Prepare actual booking list
• Prepare monthly booking forecast and allocation
• Prepare monthly loading report
• Monitor and update client’s shipments
• Solve space issues during peak season
• Prepare invoices to customers
• Prepare market overview for head quarter

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain operations, working with shipping and forwarding industry is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills, organizational skills, and time management
• Independent, able to work under tight timeline and pressure
• Familiar with MS Outlook, Words & Excel
• Initiative and eager to grow with the company
