Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shipment operations & preparing full set of shipping documentation, such as L/C banking documents and bills of lading etc
• Responsible for filing to respective departments including TradeLink, Census & Statistics Department etc
• Clerical support to Accounting team and file management
• Support on ad hoc assignment such as annual stock take

Requirements:

l   Form 7/Diploma or above with At least 3 years relevant working experience

l   Must able to handle full set of accounting and shipping documents, including I/E & L/C and banking   documents

l   Hands-on experience for shipping goods to Europe, South America

l   Mature, self-motivated, independent, hardworking and committed to work and flexible

l   Good command of written / spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

l   Familiar with PC operations (MS office, Excel, PowerPoint) is a MUST.

l   A Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work in a fast-paced environment.

l   Basic Accounting knowledge

l   immediately available is highly preferred
