Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Verify and reconcile the revenue for hotel and food & beverage outlets and investigate any discrepancies
- Compile revenue and analysis reports
- Handle Account Receivable functions, including billings, receipts and follow up of outstanding debts
- Support month end closing and account balances reconciliation
- Handle enquiries of internal and external customers
- Perform administrative work and ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
- 2 years' relevant accounting experience
- Income audit experience in hospitality and catering industry preferred
- Self-motivated, responsible, efficient and be able to work under pressure
- Proactive with strong analytical & communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience in Opera / POS / Oracle System preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Immediate availability preferred
