Admin / General Manager Assistant

 

Job Description

 1Handle general office administration and secretarial work as required.

 2. Personal Assistant job duties to our management.

 3. Responsible for staff and management expenses claims and prepare reports.

 4. Monitor and order stationery and office supplies.

 5. Provide general reception services in a professional manner, including handling telephone inquiries, greeting guests, postal and courier delivery etc.

 6. Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and employees, e.g. flight booking, accommodation arrangements, and visa applications etc.

 7. Coordinate maintenance works for office facilities and equipment.

 8. Perform support to accounting department from time to time.

 9. Provide support for ad hoc assignments.

 

Position Requirements

1. Diploma or above preferably in Business Administration/Accounting or a related discipline, basic accounting knowledge is advantageous.

2. Relevant experience is advantageous. Recent graduates will be considered.

3. Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

4. Independent, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work well under pressure.

5. Well-versed PC skills in MS Excel, Word.

6. Immediate availability preferred.

7. Salary is negotiable.
