Responsibilities:

• Assist general accounting duties including journal vouchers preparation, expenses claim handling and weekly payment handling;
• Assist in preparing financial reports and company annual audit;
• Maintain filing system and data images on accounting documents;
• Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as requested..

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or equivalent;
• 1 to 2 years working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint);
• Detail-minded and good communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
