Responsibilities:

• To assist in preparation of monthly financial reporting, management reports and liaising with external auditor
• Handle full set if accounts including account payable, accounts receivable, journal entries and document filing
• Preparation of monthly budgets, cash flow forecast, variance analysis and schedules
• Handle daily operations of Accounts Department
• ad-hoc assignment(s) as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3 years working experience and handling full set accounting
• Experience in listed companies will be an asset.
• Proficiency in MS office and computerized systems is a must
• Mature, well-organized with good interpersonal skills, independent and strong analytical mind
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Short notice or Immediate available is preferred
