Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of general administrative and secretarial duties
• Responsible for the office management and implementation of all round administrative tasks
• Compose handbooks, office policies and procedures etc.
  
• Provide supervisory support to the C&B team
• Provide support to Japanese members

Requirements:

• Good social and interpersonal attitude
• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 2 years experience in office management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong self-motivation. Able to work independently under pressure
• Basic communication level of Japanese language proficiency
• Knowledge of accounting is an advantageous
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
