Key Responsibilities

• Calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data
• Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, recording business transactions.
• Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed
• Computes and records charges, petty cash, travel expenses, freight charges, rentals etc.
• Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in accounting, preferably in retail industry
• Secondary education, LCC Intermediate Level or above
• Good PC skills especially in MS Excel (Flex System)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to work overtime and hard working
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
