Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Group and regional business
• Liaise with external & internal parties on matters relating to statutory audit, annual tax returns, company secretary documents, and other accounting or finance matters
• Prepare regular management reports, rolling forecast and provide strategic advice to Group of directors and CFO
• Support implementation of financial systems, reports and uphold business projects
• Assist in treasury management and implement corporate guideline
• Support to review and implement standard costing structure and update the cost allocation rules and models with various departments
• Involve in procedures and internal controls review and enhancement
• Prepare tax computation and filing for the Group
• Prepare ad hoc management reports and participate in ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant of ACCA/ HKICPA
• At least 8 years solid working experience in manufacturing business with 2 years’ experience in managerial level is preferred
• Preferable with audit experience
• Experience in supervising 5-10 account staff
• Ensure compliance with the statutory requirements of audit and tax filing in both HK & PRC
• Coordinate with senior management to implement business strategy
• Strong knowledge in ERP system is preferred
• Good knowledge of PRC accounting standards, PRC GAAP, taxation policies, HKFRS and other related regulation
• Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong analytical, problem solving, good team player and interpersonal skills
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
