Responsibilities :

• Process and monitor the incoming payments and securing revenue by verifying and posting under the company policies and procedures
• Perform daily accounting tasks, debit / credit notes, invoices and bank reconciliation
• Maintain the records regarding payment and account statuses up to date
• Monitor the issued debit notes and statement of accounts with following up the overdue debts
• Assist in month-end closing and general reports on a timely basis
• Responsible for daily operation, data entry and clerical support for the team
• To handle ad-hoc assignments or projects as required

Requirements :

• Diploma holder in Accounting with at least LCCI Intermediate Level or above
• At least 3 years’ related experience in accounts receivable of sizable companies preferable
• Proficient in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Responsible, detail-minded and willing to learn
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
