Responsible for daily operation of HR and office administration, leading a small team:

• Oversee and administer the full spectrum of HR & Administration functions both in Hong Kong and PRC facilities.
• Formulate and monitor the execution of Human Resources management policies and procedures including manpower planning & recruitment, performance management, remuneration management, employee relations, benefits and reward system, etc.
• Oversee and manage General Administration and Facility Management including repair & maintenance, security management, industrial safety, health, and other administration requirements of the plant site.
• Review and analyze market information for salary and wages to propose competitive compensation plans to the management.
• Be a driver and a team player to collaborate with other departments to transform HR & Admin strategies into operational realities.
• Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees, reduce legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Occasional travel to Shenzhen.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin. or related disciplines
• Hands on Knowledge of Hong Kong and China labor Ordinance.
• 5 years HR and Administration experience.  China experience is a plus.
• Detail oriented and can work independently.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
