Responsibilities

• Administrative duties pertaining to the operation of the school
• Conduct regular communication with parents
• Liaise with parents with respect to curriculum and school programmes
• Assist in the marketing of the school
• Assist in the reconciliation of invoice settlement
• Follow up outstanding payment with parents

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• 2 years working experience in administration or customer service
• Motivated, good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing and enjoy working with children
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and WeChat
