Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for overall day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare finance management systems including forecasts, budgeting. consolidation, investment valuation.
• Analyze financial data for the management in business decisions
• Implement internal audit project 
• Participate in ad hoc projects as requested by the management
• experiences with treasury department , handling bank account/ cash management

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Accounting/Finance with relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum 8 years or above audit experiences is preferred 
• Familiar with PRC accounting and tax regulations and practices is preferred.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Working experience of ERP system is preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate or / and Finance Industry preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle staff at all level
• Frequently travel to PRC is required 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
