NWS Infrastructure Management Limited is one of the major investors and operators of infrastructure businesses (Roads, Environment, Logistics and Aviation projects) in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau. We are looking for suitably qualified, self-motivated and responsible individual to assume the following position:

Assistant Manager / Senior Officer – Roads 
 

The candidate is responsible for reviewing and monitoring project companies on operation and construction, as well as analyzing financial and project performance data and evaluating potential toll road projects so as to maximize the profit and value of the company:

• To assist project administration and management which includes reviewing and monitoring daily operation, analyzing operational data, preparing management reports for Senior Management review, and reviewing and analyzing annual budget of the project companies;
• To assist finance and accounting of projects which includes preparing, maintaining and updating financial and operational data of the invested projects in management reporting system and updating routine/ad-hoc reports, websites, and other presentation materials, etc.;
• To assist business development activities which includes studying and analyzing toll road markets and evaluating potential new projects; and
• To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
• Qualified member of recognized professional accounting or financial bodies (HKICPA, ACCA, CFA etc.) will be an advantage;
• 3-6 years relevant working experience, preferably with auditing, accounting and/or PRC exposure;
• Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent Putonghua;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Mature, independent and self-motivated;
• Possesses good interpersonal skills, analytical mind and business sense; and
• Travels to PRC is required.
