NWS Infrastructure Management Limited is one of the major investors and operators of infrastructure businesses (Roads, Environment, Logistics and Aviation projects) in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau. We are looking for suitably qualified, self-motivated and responsible individual to assume the following position: 

Officer – Environment  

The candidate is responsible for research analysis, compiling financial, accounting, budget and industrial information report, assisting in assets management, as well as evaluating potential infrastructure projects:  

• To perform financial and managerial reporting by gathering and analysing frontline information from project companies, industrial players, etc.;
• To handle assets administration and understand the project/asset structure and control procedures in order to monitor and report its implementation progress;
• To conduct regular and ad-hoc research and analysis, assist to build, maintain and update financial models and models’ documentation;
• To maintain records and file project permanent files, correspondence records, financial model documentation and periodical data; and
• To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.  

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Medium to final stage of recognized professional accounting or financial bodies qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, CFA etc.) is preferable;
• At least 2-3 years working experience in accounting related or project management field;
• Knowledge of PRC accounting, tax and legal requirement preferred;
• In-depth knowledge on financial modelling;
• Mature, self-initiative and possess good interpersonal skill and analytical mind;
• Well-versed in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing; and
• Travelling to Mainland China is required occasionally.
