 Accounting Officer (Hong Kong Base)

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: 

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations (AP/AR/GL) of the group and affiliates, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions
• Bookkeeping and track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
• Review financial data and prepare monthly reports
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company

Qualification and Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor Degree in relevant subject and/or Certified Public Accountant (or equivalent)
• Proficient in MS Office with good command in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
• 3 years’ solid experience in a financial
• Knowledgeable in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and payroll formulations
• Responsible with strong organisational skills and the capacity to analyse and prioritize needs
