Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the execution of a Pre-IPO project
• Responsible for the financial reporting, management reporting, financial analysis
• Prepare consolidated financial statements
• Support on system implementation and procedures improvement
• Improve and enhance internal controls on the accounting process.
• Assist in develop and comply group accounting policy, accounting treatment analysis and tax compliance issues
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments requested by management

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA)
• Around 3-5 years of audit experience of pure auditors from Big 4 or second tier audit firms
• Able to work with a range of people, committed personality and good leadership skills
• Good computer skills, particularly Excel 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
