The Job:

The incumbent will be in charge of large scale Engineering System Implementation Project(s) and accountable for the overall performance over its entire life cycle. He or she should meet the following requirements:

The Person:

• A professional degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical or Information Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• A proven record of at least 8 years full time project experience in implementing E&M system or industrial control systems, of which, the last 3 years at managerial level. Past professional practice in railway or land transportation environment will be an advantage.
• Proficient in handling contractual and commercial issues from contractor’s perspective
• Have the technical insight, leadership and interpersonal skills to promote positive business/ working relationship with stakeholders at all level and to lead and motivate project team members to achieve project objectives successfully and efficiently
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both English & Chinese
• Less experienced may be considered to be appointed Senior Engineer
