Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain all group bank accounts including preparing bank forms, KYC, online banking administration.
• Perform daily treasury functions including handling term deposit, loan administration, foreign exchange, fund transfer etc.  
• Monitor group liquidity level and prepare weekly cash flow report and cash forecast.
• Prepare group funding plan and budget cash flow.
• Prepare intra-group loan documents.
• Assist in arranging banking facilities and cash management platform.
• Assist in developing group treasury policies and ensure compliance with such policies.
• Assist in ad-hoc analysis, report and presentations as requested by management

Job Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferred in banking, treasury or accounting functions
• Be able to multitask and work proactively, independently and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to execute swiftly with attention to detail
• Comfortable to work under high pressure and tight deadline and manage competing priorities
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
