Responsibilities:

• Report to Managing Director
• Lead and coach the accounting team in Hong Kong and PRC
• Manage the processes of financial planning and forecasting, cost accounting, budgetary control, financial consolidation, tax reporting and operation review
• Conduct insightful financial analysis and identify potential risks of business activities
• Evaluate all financial plans, budgets and business performance regularly to drive actionable advice for decision making
• Liaise with IRD, external auditors, bankers and other professional bodies
• Manage ad hoc projects when assigned

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (be a member of HKICPA, ACCA, CIMA etc)
• At least 10 years of practical accounting/financial experience in manufacturing industry, of which at least 5 years at managerial level 
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC accounting and tax systems and up-to-date regulatory requirement
• Excellent people management skills to drive changes to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency
• Proactive, strong analytical skills and communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin
• Occasional travel to PRC
• Immediate available is preferred
