Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Accounting, IT, Shipping and Stock Control functions
• Ensure timely completion of month-end closing, management reports and consolidation reports
• Prepare annual budget and manage budgetary control
• Monitor cash flow and liaise with banks
• Liaise with auditors for annual audits and advise management on taxation matters
• Coordinate with company secretary company on company secretarial matters
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management
• Occasional business travel is required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting/ finance with professional qualification
• With at least 5 years relevant experience of similar capacity in sizable company
• Relevant experience of retail and distribution business is required
• High level of business acumen with strong analytical and people management skills
• Excellent leadership, self-initiative, good time management, and result oriented
• Hands-on experience in ERP system
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
• Qualified candidate who can report duty shortly is preferred
