Job Duties:

• Responsible for A/P and petty cash, includes checking of the supplier’s invoices, process payments, bank reconciliation and general ledger preparation.
• Responsible for data entry, posting, voucher preparing and filing.
• Maintain Ledger & related worksheets;
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needed.

 Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Accounting Studies or LCCI Intermediate Level or above.
• Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin.
• Preferably 2 years accounting experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
• Knowledge in engineering field is an advantage, but not essential;
• Detail-oriented, self-motivate, well-organized and good team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word processing;
• Willing to work under pressure. 
• Immediate available is preferred.
