Job Description


  • Lead the development of annual business plan with clear deliverables and timelines set out and agreed with all stakeholders. In parallel with rolling forecast required to achieve region’s high level targets
  • Engage with respective business unit controllers and accountants in order to work effectively in planning and execution of commercial deliverables.  Perform ad-hoc what if scenario and other financial analysis as needed, helping them to drive commercial results
  • Design timely management report/business analytics/scorecard to senior management to facilitate effective and informed decision making
  • Compile financial reports and presentations for senior management reviews and meetings
  • Responsible for region’s financial performance management, maintaining realistic outlook for latest projection incorporating known opportunities & risks, and clear impact of any commercial initiatives
  • Conduct variance analysis and financial modelling to provide options and recommendations for improvement
  • Carry out financial analysis on balance sheet and profit and loss for cost control recommendations
  • Other ad hoc assignments as required 

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in Finance with at least 5 years or above in a similar role
  • With professional accountancy qualification (eg. CA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Self-starter, with experience of working with a team in a dynamic environment
  • Open minded and creative approach to problem solving
  • Strong communication skills – capable of presenting complex financial information in a straightforward manner at Board level standard; able to have effective verbal and written communication with all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, financial modeling and presentation skills
  • Good time management amidst competing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to navigate vast amounts of complex data easily, with attention to detail
