Job Duties

For Accounting Department

• Handle general accounting entries, filing, daily operation, data input, document filing
• Handle daily operations in both AR and AP
• Follow up the company expenses payment
• Perform ad hoc tasks requested by the accounting manager

For Administration Department

• Monitor and order stationery and office supplies
• Provide general reception services in a professional manner, including greeting guests, preparing drinks for guests
• Arrange postal and courier delivery
• Support oversea expatriate housing matter
• Submit documents to government, service providers
• Perform ad hoc tasks requested by the administration manager

Others

• Support the ad hoc tasks requested by the management
   

Requirement

• Native in Cantonese, Conversational level in English
• LCCI Level I or above in Accounting
• Fresh Graduate is welcome
• Willing to work outside the office (not frequent, only when submit the documents, buy the office supplies, support the oversea expatiate apartment’s matter)

• Double Pay (after probation, pro rata)
