Responsibilities:

• Assist management to carry out full spectrum of corporate finance duties, including preparing loan drawdown documentations, various fund raising exercises and compliance review
• Perform financial analysis and other regular cashflow reports
• Prepare for presentation materials
• Liaise with bankers and discuss for potential banking facilities
• Assist daily receivable / payable operations and other ad-hoc treasury tasks on requests
• Occasional business travel is required

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in accounting or finance
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Be a team player and commit with deadline
• Able to work independently
• Excellent presentation skills and project management skills
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint are essential for this role
• Excellent command in spoken & written English and fluent Mandarin are essential for this role
