Responsibilities:

• Report to Operations Manager;
• To act as a contact point with various parties to ensure the effective running of project management from the initial stage till completion of project;
• To handle customers’ enquiries;
• To coordinate with both internal and external customers;
• To provide administrative and logistic supports to both Sales Department as well as other overseas offices;
• To attend site meetings;
• To maintain good customer relationship;
• To handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above;
• Min. 5 years’ experience in front-line customer service and operations, preferably gained from manufacturing industry;
• Proactive, initiative, self-driven and responsible;
• Able to work independently under pressure;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage;
• Good PC application skills including Chinese Word Processing;
• Some travel to PRC and overseas country are required.
