Our client, a top-tier PRC firm (SFC Type 1,2, 4, 9 license), is looking for a Senior Finance Manager join their finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the CFO, prepare full set of accounting document
• Monitor daily investment position, funding, liquid capital position, clients’ fund deposits and withdrawals
• Responsible for preparation of management accounts in related to the investment activities
• Perform daily monitoring and reporting of the liquid capital according to the FRR
• Assist in budget, interim and annual report preparation
• Liaise with auditors and tax authorities on audit and tax issues
• Conduct ad-hoc accounting projects where necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines, accounting professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, is preferable
• Minimum 3 year’s working experience in securities firm or sizable financial institution with FRR experience required
• Sound knowledge in SFC / HKEx rules and regulations
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills, with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong problem solving skill, able to work under pressure
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager
