Job Responsibilities: 

• Performing debt collection duties
• Reconcile & update the payment/AR ledger and prepare AR reports
• Coordinate/follow up with internal departments and customers for payment disputes
• Work closely with other receivable personnel to achieve the team goal
• Prepare Discount Claim Report to the Principals by Excel format
• Prepare special report to some key principals
• Other ad hoc assignments for Accounting duties by the AR Manager

Job Requirements: 

• F6 or above
• 2-3 years’ practical experience or above in Billing & Collection with good phone manner, preferable in a sizable company
• Proficient in MS Office,  SAP knowledge and experience is preferable
• Strong numerical sense and accounting knowledge is preferred, good command of written English & Chinese
• Self-Motivated, Team Player, organized, multi-tasks, able to meet tight deadline & work under pressure
