Responsibilities:

• Review and guide team to prepare full set of group financial accounts and reports from HK, PRC and Singapore business unitsbase on HKFRS.
• Compile timely financial and management reports.
• Ensure compliance of accounting, legal, statutory and corporate governance requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors regarding statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical supports on accounting role.
• Prepare ad hoc management reports and participate in ad hoc projects.
• Familiar with Excel to formulate financial models.
• Familiar with PowerPoint presenting financial information in a visual manner

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Qualified Accountant of ACCA/ HKICPA.
• Over 15 years working experience of which at least 3 years in Big 4, Financial Manager experience at HK Listed Company is a plus.
• Solid experience in preparing accounts base on HKFRS, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, good team player and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Good Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Chinese typing skills.
