Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance for hardware, software, network, server and operating systems
- IT equipment and hardware / software installation
- Responsible for troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Provide assistance in system development projects
- Assist in preparing IT related reports
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology related disciplines
- Min. 2 years IT Technical Support experience
- Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge in programming and SQL is an advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
