Responsibilities:

• Assist in customer service hotline operation
• Provide case follow up and coordination support to service order administration team 
• Assist in data collection and report preparation

Requirements:

• Dipolma or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates are also be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in English and Chinese, and ability to communicate in Putonghua
