Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administrative support to our Christian International Kindergartens and pre-school education & leisure programmes
• Respond to enquiries from parents and external parties
• Process and update student records such as admissions, registration, graduation, etc
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required

 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferably gained from International Kindergarten setting
• Detail minded and strong sense of responsibility
• Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manners and able to work independently
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese

 

The appointee may station on either of the two campuses in Tsimshastui and West Kowloon
