Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • General secretarial support and handle all internal & external correspondences
  • Organize internal and external meetings for Manager
  • Assist in the preparation of internal documentation
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 1 year administrative experience preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking and self-motivated with strong sense of accuracy
  • Good inter-personal, communication and problem solving skills  
  • Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft application would be an advantage
