Responsibilities:-

• Co-ordinate with internal users for various administration tasks
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to provide logistic arrangement of equipments, materials, parts, assembles and other materials according to schedules or priorities
• Follow up on procurement process and ensure on time delivery
• Provide functional guidance to onsite operation personnel
• Implement project plan and facilitate and participate in incident investigation
• All other duties as assigned by management
• Work closely with officer in PRC and offshore officer

 Requirements:-

• Degree or Diploma holder, with at least 2 yrs working experience in manufacturing field, knowledge on printing industry is a plus
• Experience in handling shipments with oversea country
• Effective in planning, organizing and communicating
• Proficient in computer applications and common software
• Knowledgeable in printing and woven machineries will be a plus
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
