Responsibilities :

• Supervise a team to handle full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, etc.
• Provide full range of HR services and professional advices to all line managers and employees
• Formulate, review and implement HR strategies & policies in a proactive way
• Assist HR Manager in rolling out HR initiatives to meet company direction
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in sizable companies of which at least 5 years in supervisory level, preferably in retail industry
• Possess hands-on experience in all-rounded HR functions
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ ordinances
• Self-driven, good team-player with excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
• Well-organized, meticulous, be flexible and dynamic, able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and knowledgeable in computerized HR Information System
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available will be highly preferred
