Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to Human Resources Manager
• Handle monthly payroll and related documents
• Handle staff life cycle administration, from on-board to leaving
• Prepare HR regular monthly reports
• Assist in updating HR policies and procedures
• Provide support to front line supervisors on HR matters
• Handle general office administrative tasks
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required by the Management

Job Requirements

• Degree holder of Human Resources Management
• At least 3 years’ HR experience in sizable organization, preferably from catering industry
• Familiar with HK labour ordinance, employee compensation cases, MPF and tax regulations
• Proficiency in using HRIS / payroll system
• Well organized, pro-active, pay attention to details
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS applications, especially in Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available an advantage
