GRADUATE SCHOOL

The Graduate School supports the development of strategic directions and provides central administration for the University’s research efforts and postgraduate education. The School is now looking for a dynamic and dedicated person to perform administration duties for research postgraduate programmes.

Roles and responsibilities

• Process application and admission for research postgraduate programmes;
• Manage student records;
• Compile statistics and relevant reports;
• Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Applicant should have

• a good Bachelor’s degree.
• a minimum of two years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
