Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Hong Kong and Macau payroll administration;
- Maintain and update staff attendance and leave records;
- Prepare employment contract and responsible for departmental filing;
- Maintain and update staff personal records in HRIS;
- Support on ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience;
- Knowledge of Hong Kong and Macau employment ordinance is a plus;
- Detail-minded with excellent communication skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
