Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to managers of Project Team;
• Provide general clerical support to cost/contract administration of works projects including, but not limited to, filing and co-ordination works relating to studies, financial reports, payment certification, change control and other related submissions;
• Provide administrative support for daily office operation including preparing and issuing letters, papers, circulars and reports etc;
• Manage incoming mail register, filing and safekeeping of legal documents;
• Assist in arranging meetings and conferences;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possession of a High Diploma or above  in any discipline;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
