Job Highlights

As the leader of HR Team and responsible for full range of HR functions to support Hong Kong and Macau business. To assist in analyzing, identifying and developing effective HR strategies, policies to support the business needs in achieving corporate goals and visions.

Job Descriptions

• Handle recruitment and selection procedure
• Manage employee relations, payroll and C&B
• Provide pragmatic advice to departmental managers on resolving people-related issues whilst ensuring all activities conform to internal policies and statutory requirements
• Develop working program and review HR policies when needed to support company growth
• Lead and guide the team members to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.

Job Requirements

• Significant 6 years experience in the HR field, with at least 2 years extensive managerial experience
• In-depth knowledge of the statutory regulations in HR fields
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive mind
• Knowledge of HRIS and Macau labour law will be an advantage
• Good command of written Chinese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
• Immediately available is highly preferred
