Job Duties

• Perform Multiple Tasks to provide Operations & Documentation Support for Air Import / Export Team;
• Co-ordinate with Transportation Team / Airline / Co-loader / own Client for daily duty;
• Perform Data Entry report processing;
• To handle Full set of Import / Export documents, Customs Declaration (eg. Ge-Ts Tradelink);
• Shift Duties needed (09:00 to 18:00 / 14:00 to jobs completed) & Standby for Urgent Cases and in Public Holidays

Requirements

• Form 5 or above;
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Airfreight Import & Export daily operations in Freight Forwarding Industry;
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Putonghua;
• Familiar with Asian Market;
• Willing to Learn, Self-motivated, good Communication Skills;
• Ale to work under pressure;
• Immediate available preferred;
• Working location: Tsuen Wan
