Job Description

Job Duties

To handle Full Set of Documents, Operations, Booking with Airline;
To answer Customers Enquiries;
To co-ordinate with Overseas Agents;
Support Night Shift Hours: 14:00 to 23:00;
To perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Form 5 or above;
2-3 years’ solid experience gained from Freight Forwarder is necessary;
Willing to work Overnight Shift duty & support Overtime Work;
Proficient in MS office applications - Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing;
Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
Good telephone manner, pleasant & mature;
Working location: Tsuen Wan
