Job Description

HR & Administration Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • To assist in HR operational functions such as recruitment activities, compensation & benefits administration, training, performance management and staff relation ;
  • Perform general administrative support to the company including but not limited to office, equipment maintenance, insurance and licenses renewal, office procurement;
  • Organize company activities and events if necessary;
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

 

 Requirements:

 

  • Completed Secondary 5, or equivalent
  • Certificate in Secretarial, Business Studies, or equivalent
  • Computer literacy is a definite pre-requisite
  • Good command of written English
  • Fairly good command of spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
