Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.);
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible;
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues;
  • Utilize office appliances such as printers and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc;
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper, stationery etc.);
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor.

 Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or DSE above;
  • At least 2 year relevant working experience ;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel etc;
  • Initiative, hard-working, responsible & reliable;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
