Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.);
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible;
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues;
- Utilize office appliances such as printers and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc;
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper, stationery etc.);
- Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- F.5 or DSE above;
- At least 2 year relevant working experience ;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel etc;
- Initiative, hard-working, responsible & reliable;
- Immediate availability is preferred.
