Overview 

As a EA to COO- based in Hong Kong, you will manage all administration and coordination of the COO’s office in a professional, confidential and compliant manner. You will be competent in administering management level activities and follow-ups with both internal/external stakeholders. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for the COO office and run the office’s schedule and agenda planning. The ideal EA to COO will possess amicable interpersonal skills, agile, solution-orientated and represent the COO office in upholding the company’s principle and practice.

Requirements / Qualifications 

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Min. 5 years’ experience in a related role with experience in supporting senior management and/or executive level
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese; Written English and Chinese is a must
• Able to handle and undertake confidential assignments/task
• Possess amicableorganisational and prioritisation skills
• Able to work across all levels and layers of the organization in a diplomatic and solution-orientated manner
• Strong computer literacy and grasp of varying office softwares and tools
• Willingness to travel and contactable after-office hours (at times)
