Manage daily operations of Makerspace at Lai Chi Kok including but not limited to handle incoming telephone calls, greeting guests/visitors, mailing, courier, conference room arrangement, arrange office supplies and pantry’s stuffs, members enquiries and regulating access to areas throughout the space such as general access, wood working, needlework area and the paint booth.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for daily reception duties
• Daily administrative tasks for Makerspace operations
• Arrange to tidy up of Makerspace environment
• Perform support and ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experiences, fresh-graduates are also welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated and work independently
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
