Position Responsibilities

• Handle customer problems and complaints tactfully
• Provide suggestion, comments and  improvement plan on individual performance
• Prepare reports on service performance with professional inputs and comments
• Report all inadequacies to operation executives to ensure immediate action
• Review and provide suggestion to enhance the current workflows
• Provide support within and across teams to ensure smooth operation and achieve service alignment
• Work with Sales & Marketing team to execute external customer satisfaction programs
• Escalate business cases upward timely with reference to applicable guidelines
• Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by management in order to meet operational and / or other requirements
• Support ad-hoc tasks/project as assigned by management

Education & Experience

• Degree or above in any disciplines
• At least 4 years’ working experience with service-oriented corporations or Insurance companies
• With solid experience in quality assurance would be an advantage
• Proven experience in preparing reports locally and regionally
• Strong passion in developing staff and drive business
• Able to work under matrix structure organization and fast-pace working environment
• Able to work under pressure or with limited supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and articulation skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
