Job Duties

• Develop the HR strategies and initiatives to add value to the business 
• Understand the talent gap within the business and develop strategies and plan to close the gap
• Ensure the Talent Development and Succession Planning strategies are in line with the group's vision and business direction
• Prepare and analysis the HR plan and Programs to ensure the effectiveness on the HR function
• Supporting special HR projects in HK and Asia region
• Able to drive the completion of HR initiatives, working with and influencing stake holders

 Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or relevant
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in HR, preferable in construction industry
• Experience of leading a sizable team in an MNC organization
• Must be able to work independently
